As our slogan states, our gym recognizes the unique patterns in every single person. Patterns of movement and mobility, nutrition, habits and lifestyle. As we recognize these differences in each person, our team has created a concept that focusses on you, and only you.
The foundation at YOU The Gym
At first, we look at each individuals goal. What are you looking for and what are your expectations? Is this attainable or will certain changes have to be made to make it easier for you? We then look at your movement capabilities. Are you moving enough or is there room for improvement? Are there any signs of weakness or vulnerability in movement patterns or even certain injuries that keep playing up? With this knowledge, we can find a movement strategy that suits you and will help keep you healthy and fit in the long run.
Nutrition, habits and lifestyle
Once we have passed the movement phase we concentrate on nutrition, habits and lifestyle. Lifestyle is of massive influence for reaching our goals! Certain small changes in, for example, sleeping habits, could set your goals within reach. We try to get to know each individual so that we can help you reach your own ultimate self. Not by using a “one fits all” system or “one fits most” solution, but by using the information we have shared to find a system that fits you personally.
what we offer YOU
After we have set up the road for your healthy lifestyle we can offer personal training sessions in our specialized small groups (see our workout schedule for training times), whereby you work on your own program in a smaller group (max. 6), under the watchful eye of our trainers. Or if it suits you better, you can try the 1 on 1 personal training programs that we offer, whereby all the attention will be focused on you.
In the end it’s not about which package you choose, or only about setting goals. It’s also about being able to reach these goals, and how we help you, help yourself in achieving what you have set your sights on.
